The VIWC Leadership Team is a selected group of women in business who are ready to grow their leadership, expand their connections and visibility, and play a meaningful role within the Vancouver Island Women Connect community.

Designed for business owners, founders, professionals and community-minded women who want to be part of something bigger, the Leadership Team offers an elevated level of connection within VIWC.

Leadership Team members gain access to private leadership conversations, increased visibility throughout the VIWC network, opportunities to share their expertise, leadership development, collaboration opportunities and meaningful connections with other women doing impactful work across Vancouver Island.

In return, Leadership Team members bring their own experience, perspective and expertise to the table and contribute approximately 1 to 3 hours per month to engage with other members and strengthen the VIWC community.

Leadership Team membership includes all VIWC Business Membership benefits.

Applications are required and space is limited.

Evangeline Mathura

As the Founder of the Vancouver Island Women Connect Organization, and also the MomEMentor and Tired Mother Brands, Evangeline strives to bring a fun spin to online and in-person business through community and events.

It is her honor to be able to bring women in business together across Vancouver Island to create results and transformation that they so need and deserve!

Women's Health Equity & Sexual Wellness Advocate

Audrey Panter

Audrey has been navigating and advocating around women's sexual wellness for nearly two decades — bringing six years of experience in sexual wellness education, women's empowerment, and intimacy product curation and consultation to every conversation. She helps women understand their bodies, reclaim their pleasure, and find products that make a real difference.

Her approach is evidence-informed, deeply human, and completely shame-free.

We're looking for women from across Vancouver Island who bring different experiences, industries, perspectives and strengths to the table. You don't need a particular title, business size or number of years in business to be considered.

We want to know a little about you, what you bring and what you hope to gain from being part of the team.

By applying, you are expressing your interest in becoming part of the VIWC Leadership Team. Applications are reviewed to ensure the team continues to represent a strong mix of experiences, industries, perspectives and Vancouver Island communities.

Submitting an application does not require payment. Successful applicants will receive an invitation to join and instructions for completing their Leadership Membership.

Commitment

Leadership Team membership is a 12-month commitment with an investment of $432/year and an expected time contribution of approximately 1 to 3 hours per month.
