The VIWC Speaker Showcase was created from a simple belief:

The incredible women of Vancouver Island deserve to be seen.

Over the past year, we've had the privilege of connecting women in business from every corner of Vancouver Island. Again and again, we've met entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals, and changemakers with remarkable stories, valuable expertise, and inspiring journeys...many of whom simply haven't had the opportunity to share them with a wider audience.

We believe visibility changes businesses.

It creates opportunities, builds confidence, sparks collaborations, and inspires other women to pursue their own ideas.

That's why we're creating something designed to become a lasting part of the Vancouver Island Women Connect organization.

The VIWC Speaker Showcase is an annual online event that shines a spotlight on the women helping shape the future of business on Vancouver Island. Each year, we'll introduce a new group of speakers whose experiences, lessons, and ideas have the power to educate, encourage, and inspire others.

Because we believe our Island is stronger when women support women.
