As Principal of Hufnagel Consulting, she has helped organizations, non-profits, and Indigenous Nations build AI fluency and AI readiness through practical education, strategy, and consulting. Her expertise bridges business strategy with real-world implementation, helping teams move beyond hype and truly apply AI with purpose and intention.

She's worked with audiences ranging from entrepreneurs to global Fortune 100 companies, and her practical, learner-first approach makes complex technologies accessible and inspiring. Jennifer's dedication to human-centred AI education has transformed how businesses think about readiness, adoption, and the future of work in an AI-driven world.
