Evangeline is the founder of Vancouver Island Women Connect and The MomeMentor, a strategic advisor and community builder who has spent years helping women build businesses that hold up under real pressure.
Pam is a brand recognition strategist and educator with over 20 years of experience helping entrepreneurs build businesses that work. She is the founder of REA University and holds a certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and is Certified in Small Business Management (Entrepreneurship) from Mohawk College.
Together they built VIWC to give Vancouver Island women entrepreneurs a place to get real support,
real strategy, and real results.

This is a structured, focused day. We start on time. We stay on track. We respect your attention.
Coffee and snack breaks are included. Lunch is a sponsored Lunch and Learn — a curated session with a trusted business partner, followed by open time to connect with other attendees and explore the vendor showcase.
A small group of hand-selected vendors will be on-site during breaks and lunch. Every vendor is chosen because they offer something that genuinely supports business growth. No noise. No chaos. No wasted time.
